Hello!!!! It's been a long time since my last post , but I promise that from now and then we'll keep in touch more often!

Sooooo, for today!!! I have a mixed media LO to share... A LO with a favourite photo of me and my husband . A photo that shows our happiness together.

Guest Designing at Sugallatoc blog

Third post for today and I have a LO for guest designing at a Hungarian blog.

My page today is very different than the others.

a lot of mixed media....

The new 13Arts transparent foil is perfect for fussy cutting...

I love making textures on my pages... I often use glitter through a stencil to add sprakle and interesting touch on  the backround... I sometimes use 13Arts papers and cut the quotes for my journaling.... I like that way of journaling.

The Scrapiniec chipboards were covered with a big amount of glitter ... This LO is my most glittered page ever....as you can see..

"Together" Mixed media LO for 13Arts

Hello 13Arts fans!!!Today with a mixed media LO with one of my most favourites collections , the "Until Dawn" collection By Aida !!!I am in love with the colours , the beautiful details and the flowery surfaces....

Well ....Again with a mixed media page... With my two girls this time....

For creating my project today , I combined some of the papers of the collection.... I love these flowers and I thought that were perfect for this photo...I think that the colours match perfectly together.

My backround is made with mists  and modeling paste and I used different layers with decorative items , such as paper flowers , lace , chipboards and 3D embellies...

Here you can see some details....  I am so happy with the result... I like the combination of turquise and pink , too....

Mixed media tags for 13Arts

Hello from sunny Athens!!!! A belated post about my mixed media tags with the new foils of 13Arts!!!!! So good quality and lovely shapes for fussy cutting.

 For these tags I used foil with geometrical shapes. I adore that these shapes look like stamps...

 I also used some coloured pieces of paper to add some pastel colour.... You can see some modeling paste ,too....

 Several flowers some chippies in white, gesso and 3d embellies give  more texture....

I used an old brush ,too. I painted with white gesso and added some pastel watercolour here and there. 

 I m in love wiith this combination. Pastel pink and blue are my favourites.

"The artist's life" LO with step by step tutorial

Today I would like to show you my tutorial:

First of all , I found the Scrapiniec chipboards and the photo I wanted to scrap .

 Then I started to make my backround. I used white gesso on the papers . As you can see , I stuck two papers together to have a heavier surface.

 After that I started with the colours... I used some purple mist. I love purple...

 Now , it 's time for some modeling paste and more colour... I used some gold as my second colour. Do be afraid to use different shades. When the decoration is done , everything will match together...

 My chippies were painted in white colour to add some brightness...

This time I chose to stuck the most of them at the backround ..

I used some mist over them , too.

As you can see, I used a lot of layers , papers and gause to add more interest on my page.

Now it 's time for fun!!!You just have to decorate... I used sisal , flowers and some 3D embellies .

I used some stickers ,too.

I always choose to use a pen for emphasise the edges of my papers...

You are free to use any embellishment you want...

At the end , don't forget to add some small splashes of white or black or any of your favourite colour!!!

So for this time I made an art journal page again....

"Sweet" LO

A belated post for 13Arts

First of all I have to say that this time of the year I really need to use more colour on my projects , so I decided to use this colourful collection as my base for my ''Sweet'' LO. 

The first step was to prepare my paper... So I stuck some paper together and used some white gesso to thicken my paper.

 Then, I used some lavender and green pastel mist to have an awesome backround. Of course , it was time for some more texture , so I used some modeling paste through a stencil here and there....
I really like the combo of these two colours...

I painted some of  my chipboards in metallic violet and  then I used some liqued medium with some pink velvet shiny powder for extra shiny look. I did the same on some other chippies but using some black gesso and pink silver shiny powder. At the end I added some more glitter on my chipboards with glitter paint.

 The final step was just the decoration. I have used a lot of flowers , some ribbon and some lace.. 

As you can see , I have also added some black gesso here and there  with a text mask to have more interest on my page....

"Believe" mixed media canvas

Hello !!!This is a post from13Arts blog and a mixed media canvas I created... This time with a photo from my first daughter..It;s a photo from our vacations in sunny Greece , at a beach and I love this very much... My canvas today is full of colours , like my first attempts in mixed media , when my pages were colourful... Well, I missed using them and today I wanted something like this. The "Art Journey " collection is perfect for creations fresh and colourful , so you should try it for sure.

Now , it was the time to add some modeling paste...

The final step is to dacorate my page...I have used some 13Arts chipboards , some sisal in pink and white , pink ribbon and white lace and of course my favourite microspheres and plastic microspheres.

Second post for Scrapiniec...I am very happy for having some more crafty time in Fall!!!

So.... I have ome more mixed media canvas for today. I can say that I am obssesed in making canvases and I love this sweetie in the picture. This is my daughter. Isn't she a cutie pie?

I love making the backround with mixed media techniques so for this time I painted in pink... I m a mom of two girls so pink is one of my favourite colours... I used a lot of pink and grey acrylic paint and modeling paste to make my backround. I also used gause and 3D embellies except of my favourite scrapiniec chippies.


I have painted my chipboards in gold and grey tones and some of them were painted only with white gesso....You can see the details here:
