Mixed media tags for 13Arts

Hello from sunny Athens!!!! A belated post about my mixed media tags with the new foils of 13Arts!!!!! So good quality and lovely shapes for fussy cutting.

 For these tags I used foil with geometrical shapes. I adore that these shapes look like stamps...

 I also used some coloured pieces of paper to add some pastel colour.... You can see some modeling paste ,too....

 Several flowers some chippies in white, gesso and 3d embellies give  more texture....

I used an old brush ,too. I painted with white gesso and added some pastel watercolour here and there. 

 I m in love wiith this combination. Pastel pink and blue are my favourites.

Emboidery hoop for 13 arts

Hello crafty people !!! How are you?  This is a special project for today! I have a mixed media emboidery hoop to show made with mixed media techniques and decorated with so many 3D objects such as xs microspheres!!!!
 So , as you can see , I used some gauze for my emboidery hoop and I painted with the new acrylic paints and used a lot of white gesso to have an interesting result!

This time I haven't used at all any kind of paper. I have only used gesso , modeling paste paints and a lot of 3D embellies!!!!

I like to have a fairy tale look at my project so I used some gauze stripes painted with acrylic paints to complete my dacoration on the emboidery hoop!

I like to have a message on my project , so i really adore to add some quotes at the end. For today...." Dream" .... and "Love who  you are.... " These are my life moto , too.

Mixed media wooden shed

Second post for today my crafty friends...This is my mixed media wooden shed for 13Arts blog and Im very proud of it and I like it very much!

You know I'm obssessed to mixed media projects and this time I wanted to make a wooden shed from 13Arts store. I'm so satisfied with my project today and it has already taken a place in my sitting room...

Well, this time I preferd to have soft tones and tones of blue and green...And some glitter , which I really love...

 

You can see so many details here... Full of 3D elements....And...|OK I admit that i used a loooot of glitter...I love it so much!!!

 First of all, I used whitte gesso to prepare the surface and added some texture with a stencil and some modeling paste... Then I started to use some more and more texture pasted and elements....

  You can see plastic microspheres , glass microbeads , 3D balls , buttons , glitter, glass filler and crystals....Then I started to paint it here and there with mists and Rainbow colours.....

     At the end I decorated my project with lace flowers and some sisal....

A decorative item with 13Arts stickers!

Hello there to all my friends ! This is a belayed post about !3arts stickers...For this reason I have made a decorative item , mixed media shadow box using my favourite 13Arts products and stickers...

 

I have also used some Scrapiniec chippies as you can see...I didn't paint them at all I like them as they were! I have only used some glitter , as it's my favourite item in 13 Arts store!

Mother's day art journal

Mother's Day is coming again and 13Arts is giving you some ideas about. You can find wonderful projects on the blog for Mother's Day...

As you know it's been the 18th year without my precious mother and this year I can count more years without her than with her...I miss her so much and I decided to scrap about her once a year to keep her memories alive on Mother's Day.

                   
So.... I created a dark art journal spread as a tribute to my mother's memory.

 This time I used a lot of dark item but I wanted to give a sense of hope , so I also used some turquoise that is one of my favourite colours...

 You can see the textures and the details.... My journaling also says: "A mother is she that can take the pace of everyone , but noone can take her place"...

Altered item for 13 Arts

Hello there to all of you! Today I have my very first altered item made with my favourite 13 Arts products and paints to show you! 

 First of all ,  I used a lot of black gesso to cover it and then I started to add splashes and textures with my favourite metallic paints and several decorative products , such as sisal, chipboards, microspheres and 3D balls.

 With my project I will take part on Berry71bleu challenge with this beautiful moodboard!
I was inspired by the colours and the title "Everything old is new again'' and That's why I chose to upcycle an item.An old packing is new decorative item again...
